This was my first band "Osprey". As you can see it was the '80s and even so I managed to "out-bad-taste" myself. The venue was the "Royal Mail Social Club" in Wolverhampton. On drums and bass were the Smith brothers, Rich & Phil respectively.

The final Osprey line up: Me; Rich "Diddy" Smith and Scott Dallow. As you can see we'd got the image sorted by then. (I was nnnnnineteen OK?).
The venue this time was the Waggon & Horses, Wolverhampton.

Plain Jain was another band I stuck with for over a year. We did a lot more gigs and I gained a lot more exposure. The singer was Ade Amos and the drummer was Steve Cattell.

Tantrum gave me the opportunityto play further afield than my previous bands. No photos yet but I'm sure my good mate Ian White will have some in his collection.

This was my guest appearance with "Once Bitten" which featured ex. Tantrum members Rich Page (guitar) and top Bruce Dickinson impressionist and raconteur Kerry Taylor.

THE SIMON LEES BAND
My own band! Featuring Brummie lads, Gaz Walmsley (Drums), Steve Marks (Bass) and Steve Smith (Guitar). These pics were taken at one of the Lowenbrau Battle of the Bands heats which we won. The band broke up due to external commitments but it was fun while it lasted. Gaz & Steve can be seen rocking out in their new band Blackballoon.

OZZMOSIS was, up until recently, the best band I'd been in. Being a tribute band meant we pulled in a huge crowd compared with the original bands I'd been in before. The reponse was always great because the crowd knew the songs.

These shots were taken at JB's in Dudley which, up until recently, was the biggest stage I've played on.
