was taking part in a charity run for Bobby Moore's Cancer Fund. The event

was trying (with varied success) to warm us up ready for the run.

Yep, that's
my forehead! This was at the start of the 5k run and I was already knackered
from the warm up!

Towards the
end of the run I got a second wind. My left knee (which was originally
damaged on the last Budgie gig) was on fire!
