These pics were taken at Budgie's gig in Poole this September. The venue was the excellent Mr Kyps and the photographer was the excellent Mike Clark

This was the 2nd Budgie gig using my new Hofner Colorama (with extra bits bolted on).

The extra bits include 2 Seymour Duncan SH-6 Duncan Distortion humbuckers. These are the biggest fattest sounding pickups you can buy. They ROAR!

Other bits include Graphtech String Saver Saddles and a Graphtech nut.

The rotary switch has been replaced with a standard 3-way toggle as you would expect to find on most Gibsons. This photo was taken during I Turned to Stone and there is a new YouTube video of me doing the exact same thing. Click HERE to watch it!

The Tone Knob has been replaced with a Push-Pull coil tap switch which only taps the Neck humbucker. This sounds gorgeous on clean sounds.

And finally the scratchplate has been removed and cream pickup surrounds added.

This gig is always enjoyable and we pretty much packed it out for the 2nd time in a row.

Notice I'm only using one head and cab this year. You can just make out Cozy Powell's floor tom behind me. The huge box this damn thing comes in has made a very handy shelf for my Marshalls. I'm so pleased we've finally found a use for it!
